Torrance - Main Campus LocationCareer Level: 4Salary Range: $81,800.00-$122,700.00Job PurposeEX3- Media StrategistAHFC Marketing Communications is responsible for managing and implementing digital-first media strategies and tactics and overseeing media performance with an eye on driving sales and finance contracts with AHFC.The Media Strategist role includes building strategic and innovative plans, identifying and presenting new audience and data-driven solutions to drive marketing and business objectives, optimizing campaigns to deliver on KPIs, generating key insights and using best practices through interdepartmental communications.Additionally, the Media Strategist drives strategies and tactics particularly in Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Media, Programmatic, among others - all enhanced through data and ad-tech platforms. This includes identifying best practices, driving innovation, and executing plans efficiently and effectively to deliver on KPIs.Key AccountabilitiesKey Accountabilities include but not limited to:Create Digital-first media strategies and tactics that ladder back up to core Marketing objectives for AHM Sales incentive campaigns, and critical countermeasure plansEstablish media strategies and tactics around key initiatives including but not limited to Grad and Military audiences to engage with buyers in-market.Work closely and oversee relationship with the creative, media and paid social agenciesDevelop and implement the creative strategy, planning and execution of AHFC consumer-facing general market and multicultural advertising campaignsWork on a variety of AHFC's digital web initiatives as guided by our IT team and Enterprise CX teamCoordinate with AHM social media teams and agencies for posting and scheduling campaign contentSupport Enterprise-wide sales and marketing projects and act as a liaison between Honda and Acura brand sites and AHFC
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing or Business preferred3-5+ years' work experience with media planning, digital media operations, programmatic buying, paid search, ad-tech platforms, and campaign management/execution and analysisExperience in Brand Management, Communications Strategy and Development, and Campaign Performance Analysis
Experience with campaign production and asset production, website design or re-platforming and agile methodology a plusAutomotive industry experience is a plus
