What You’ll Do:

As an Operations Assistant, you will wear many hats, including customer support and general office administration functions. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, possess effective written and oral communication skills, and be able to work with limited supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An Entrepreneurial spirit is a MUST
  • Associate’s Degree Required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of business office experience performing similar job duties
  • Able to plan, multi-task, and adhere to daily schedule to ensure that deadlines are
  • met in a timely manner
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with little
  • supervision
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and self-starter with an understanding of team goals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Intermediate proficiency in composition, grammar, and spelling
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Computer proficiency with a focus on multi-tasking using several Windows applications at once while assisting customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and handle inbound calls, as well as conduct outbound calls for customer follow-up as required
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and responsive customer service on the phone, through chat, and email
  • Perform repetitive but critical data entry support activities
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested by the Operations Manager
