1. Project Manager

Compensation: $125,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will oversee project teams and collaborate closely with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in Florida.

• Proven expertise with ground-up, municipal, government, school, and commercial projects.

• Experience managing $20M+ projects.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.

• Skilled in project scheduling software, CMIC, and Plan Grid (preferred).

• Knowledge of CM @ Risk projects.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.

• U.S. work authorization required.

1. Superintendent

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

The Superintendent will oversee all onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety standards. This role requires hands-on field supervision, managing layout, framing, MEP, and finish trades.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a construction Superintendent, preferably in Florida.

• Strong experience with ground-up, municipal, government, school, and commercial projects.

• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes.

• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and scheduling.

• Proven experience with $20M+ projects.

• Track record of ensuring safety in compliance with OSHA guidelines.

• U.S. work authorization required.
