- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
Hybrid Work Arrangement: 4 days in office, 1 day remote (working from home)
Compensation
- $21 - $24 per hour

Your ability to efficiently handle work orders, communicate with tenants and technicians, and ensure that every repair is completed to the highest standards will directly contribute to our goal of delivering an amazing tenant experience. With your expertise and proactive approach, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our properties running smoothly, making a tangible difference in our tenants’ lives and our company’s reputation.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a central role in ensuring that maintenance requests are handled with efficiency and care. Working closely with our technicians and vendors, you’ll ensure that every work order is addressed promptly and meets our high standards of quality.
- Receive, track, and schedule work orders within 24 business hours.
- Obtain approvals for repairs that exceed our maintenance limits.
- Assign and coordinate work orders for maintenance technicians and vendors.
- Review and approve timesheets and invoices for completed work.
- Regularly follow up to ensure work orders are completed to satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and colleagues via phone, email, and text.
- Assist with property turnovers and showings, ensuring they are ready for new tenants.
- Train maintenance staff on AppFolio, TSheets, Property Meld and other software platforms.
- Provide coverage for other property portfolios as needed.
You Need These Qualifications
You’re the kind of person who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You bring to the table:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- 1-2 years of experience in property management or construction.
- A tech-savvy mindset, with experience using property management software like AppFolio and/or Property Meld.
- General knowledge of maintenance and repairs—you're no stranger to the basics of keeping properties running smoothly.
- A natural problem-solver who can troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
It Would Be Nice If
You also bring these skills to the table:
- Experience coordinating with vendors and maintenance technicians.
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment.
- Experience in managing work orders from start to finish.
- Familiarity with timekeeping software like TSheets or KPA.
