Junior Designer

Beekeeper’s Naturals is seeking a passionate designer eager to make a meaningful impact. As a Junior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and execute a diverse range of projects. You will be key in supporting our growth initiatives and product launches by creating designs and assets for web, in-store displays, social media, presentations, emails, influencer mailers, and more. We value creativity, open communication, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You Will Do:

• Apply a solid understanding of typography and composition to create impactful visual communications.
• Design a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website elements, marketing emails, and promotional items.
• Support PR initiatives with design work for mailers, merchandise, and event materials.
• Assist the Creative Director in developing mood boards for production, ideating campaign concepts, and designing new packaging, displays, and presentations..
• Create and manage assets for our website and Amazon product pages.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to work with graphics, print, packaging, digital, and video assets.
• A portfolio showcasing campaigns that scale across multiple touchpoints.
• Understanding of production best practices for both print and digital media.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to concept and execute creative projects.

Nice to have Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing
• Experience in website UI/UX
• Familiarity with 3D modeling programs
