Role and Responsibilities:
- Innovate and Enhance: Maintain and improve existing technology, including analytics (pre- and post-trade), clearing & settlement, and compliance components.
- Architect the Future: Design and build the next-generation trading system.
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and support the technical team with code reviews, domain knowledge, and ownership. Foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- Hands-On Development: Engage directly in coding to develop technical solutions and tackle complex problems.
- Quality Assurance: Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
Areas of Expertise:
- Microsoft-Centric Development: Proficiency in C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful services, etc.
- Data Management: Experience with building complex SSIS and SSRS packages.
- Application Architecture: Strong skills in application architecture and design.
- Full Stack Development: Extensive experience in full stack .NET development.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- GitHub Savvy: Familiarity with GitHub tools and practices, including branching techniques, actions, and workflows.
- SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and logging techniques.
- Containerization: Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
- Modern Architectures: Deep understanding of coding best practices and modern architectural patterns, including microservices and message-driven architectures.
