We’re looking for our next NOC Engineer who’s eager to develop their hands on experience with:
- MikroTik, Cisco, and Juniper routing & switching.
- ISP/WISP Network Operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring for network outages.
- Manage customer outage escalations
- Coordinate tickets with Field Technicians.
- Configure network equipment for deployments.
Required Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in a Network Operations/NOC environment
- MikroTik and Cisco IP Network experience
- MTCNA, MTCRE, or equivalent certification
