Position Summary

BETSOL is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales to join our US sales team. Responsibilities include formulating the sales strategies, building and managing high-performance sales teams, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies:

  • Define sales objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Identify target customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive sales initiatives.

Drive revenue growth:

  • Develop and nurture key client relationships, working closely with the executive team to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline, providing regular reports to the executive team.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams:

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales
  • Experience in the IT services industry is required.

Business Acumen:

  • In-depth knowledge of the IT services industry, including trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Results-Orientation:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Communication and Influencing:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
