REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3-4+ years previous digital media experience
  • Experience evaluating and recommending strategy and placements for digital campaigns
  • Previously worked at any marketing agency
  • An understanding of working/partnering with Pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience collaborating with many departments and skilled at communicating across organizations
  • Basic knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media
  • Previous experience working with any OMS system (Order Management System)
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts
  • Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and best practices
  • Experience negotiating with and managing digital vendors
  • The ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities: - Create a media plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget. - Assisting the Sales team in digital media campaign planning and putting together strategic recommendations. - Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and ensure accurate campaign details and excellent customer service. - Maintain accuracy of insertion orders within internal systems tool to reserve advertising space and is responsible for the accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery. - Aid in ensuring all media placements are impactful to our client's target audience. - Use digital media tools and resources as needed to research and plan client campaigns, including competitive analysis and site traffic and demographic.
