Overview:
Animon Studios is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily operations, fulfill orders, and ensure smooth product distribution. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Production Operations
- Operate and monitor 3D printers, perform post-processing, manage supplies, and resolve issues to ensure timely output with minimal downtime.
- Quality & Maintenance
- Perform quality checks, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain materials inventory.
- Operations Support
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee business operations, assist with daily tasks, and improve workflow.
- Market Representation
- Represent Animon Studios at local markets by setting up booths, engaging with customers, processing sales, and earning commission-based bonuses. Weekend market hours include increased hourly pay.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce, 3D printing, or warehousing is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and packaging.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Self-motivated, open to feedback, and able to work independently.
- Effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel to local markets.
