Operations Assistant (part-time)

Overview:

Animon Studios is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily operations, fulfill orders, and ensure smooth product distribution. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment
    Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

  • Production Operations
    Operate and monitor 3D printers, perform post-processing, manage supplies, and resolve issues to ensure timely output with minimal downtime.

  • Quality & Maintenance
    Perform quality checks, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain materials inventory.

  • Operations Support
    Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee business operations, assist with daily tasks, and improve workflow.

  • Market Representation
    Represent Animon Studios at local markets by setting up booths, engaging with customers, processing sales, and earning commission-based bonuses. Weekend market hours include increased hourly pay.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce, 3D printing, or warehousing is a plus.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and packaging.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Self-motivated, open to feedback, and able to work independently.
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel to local markets.
