Hiring: Chef de Cuisine
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $110,000 - $120,000 Total Comp

Their expertise is instrumental in elevating both the restaurant's top and bottom-line performance through the execution of a menu celebrated for its sophisticated cowboy cuisine.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Partner with GM and/or designated managers/chefs to conduct periodic kitchen, dish and all other BOH team meetings
- Partner with GM and/or designated managers/chefs to regularly review and maintain recipe books
- Proficiently use and operate all necessary tools (including but not limited to knives) and equipment
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams
- Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
- Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Other duties assigned as needed
Required:
- Culinary degree or bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a chef de cuisine, head chef, or executive chef in a similar restaurant with high volume
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Knowledge of Fusion Prep; familiarity with Craftable is a plus
