Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Food and Beverage at FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, staff management, budgeting, banquet/event operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
