As we expand our operations and digital presence, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is critical in enhancing our lead-generation website and supporting the launch of our new SaaS product for the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our teams to understand and translate business needs into effective web solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize our lead-generation website to improve user experience, responsiveness, and conversion rates.

- Set up and manage integrations between our website, CRM, and marketing tools to ensure data consistency and streamline operations.
- Leverage analytics to monitor site performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Stay current on web development trends, SEO best practices, and SaaS architecture to ensure we remain competitive in a fast-growing industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of web development experience, with a focus on SaaS applications and UI/UX design and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as Node.js or Python, with experience in database management (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress, and a solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices.
- Experience with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and setting up CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions and implementing them independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
