Their focus is on optimizing workflow automation, document management, customer service, and security.

Position Summary

The position requires a “hands-on” systems and information technology professional with proven experience in database management, document management, workflow systems, and cyber security. The individual should be knowledgeable and have experience with the following software or similar: DocuWare, Asana, MySQL, .Net, Amazon AWS, PowerBI, Zoho, and Robocorp for robotic process automation.

The position will report to the President and be responsible for managing the daily information systems, workflow, and IT operational needs of the company. The individual must be a good communicator, multi-skilled, and have the ability to work in a flat organizational structure as a peer to other employees. The ideal candidate will be proactive and solutions-driven and have a desire to automate and streamline IT processes and personnel workflow.

Core Responsibilities

· Manage the daily IT operations and ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.

· Administer, configure, and manage DocuWare for document management, ensuring seamless integration with business processes, optimizing automation and department efficiency, and maintaining system reliability through performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

· Lead and coordinate the use of Asana to manage projects, tasks, and team collaboration.

· Maintain and optimize MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

· Oversee cloud infrastructure on Amazon AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and efficient resource management.

· Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to safeguard the company’s digital assets.

· Develop and implement solutions for managing large volumes of claims data, ensuring efficient processing and reporting tailored to client needs.

· Utilize robotic process automation (RPA) tools like Robocorp to streamline and automate data processing tasks, increasing efficiency and reducing manual efforts.

· Create and maintain dashboard reports in PowerBI to track key performance indicators, data insights, and business trends.

· Collaborate with other departments to assess and fulfill IT and data management needs across the organization.

Additional Responsibilities

· Utilize time-tracking software to ensure accurate project and resource management tracking across teams.

· Administer and optimize CRM to support client relationship management and workflow processes.

· Monitor system performance and provide troubleshooting support when needed.

· Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

· Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve IT operations and data management solutions.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in IT operations management.

· Strong knowledge of DocuWare, Asana, MySQL, Amazon AWS, and cybersecurity practices.

· Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as Robocorp.

· Expertise in creating dashboards and data visualization.

· Proven ability to handle large volumes of data and develop unique, scalable solutions for data management.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.

· Certifications in AWS, cybersecurity, or relevant IT fields are a plus.

  • The manager must be able to perform the essential job functions and requirements of the job either with or without direction. Compensation will be commensurate with the knowledge, capabilities, and experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
