Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving your own success by identifying, pursuing, and managing asphalt and concrete paving projects. This is not your typical role; you will have the autonomy to find your own work while leveraging your expertise in estimating, sales, bidding, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Actively seek out new paving projects, establish relationships with potential clients, and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
• Estimating and Bidding: Prepare accurate project estimates, develop competitive bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the paving or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of asphalt and concrete paving processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
