Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving your own success by identifying, pursuing, and managing asphalt and concrete paving projects. This is not your typical role; you will have the autonomy to find your own work while leveraging your expertise in estimating, sales, bidding, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
Actively seek out new paving projects, establish relationships with potential clients, and develop a pipeline of opportunities.Estimating and Bidding:
Prepare accurate project estimates, develop competitive bids, and negotiate contracts.Project Management:
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Performance Tracking:
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate issues.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the paving or construction industry.Strong understanding of asphalt and concrete paving processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities.Proficient in project management software and tools.
