Workday HRIS Analyst

Hybrid - (3 days on site per week)

Austin, Texas

We are looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst for a very well established organization based in Austin Texas. This role will be part of the integral part of the HRIS team, resolving Workday issues, providing tier 1 & 2 technical issues, Working closely with the HR teams to identify gaps within processes and operations of the Workday systems.

The Role:

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Workday issues
• Configure Workday HCM including Benefits, Payroll, Time and Absence modules
• Prepare and deliver Workday Reports, EIB's
• Identify gaps in processes
• Maintain Workday system including updates and upgrades, end of system auditing.

You will need:

• A Degree or relevant certifications
• A Minimum of 2 Years Workday experience in a similar position
• Experience with HCM, Benefits, payroll, Time and Absence
