Required Skills & Experience
- A committed personal passion for storytelling, and working in a creative environment
- Expertise in delivering best-in-class creative in service of a brand or company
- 10 years in fields directly related to creative project management or production
- 2-3 years experience in creative management/creative director level roles.
- Comfortable working under deadlines, responding to shifting priorities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple work streams.
- Deep network of production partners, specialized creatives freelancers and agencies
- Skilled at clearly and concisely communicating information across large, distributed teams
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and have strong prioritization and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills with the temperament of a leader: self-awareness, flexibility, receptivity, resilience, empathy
- Proven ability to lead and mentor others
- A strong ability to solve problems and a solutions-oriented attitude
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
Job Description
- This role is a Creative Director in the Women's studio, working with cross-functional marketing teams, territory Brand Creative teams, and other Geography partners. You will be leading creative strategy from high level over the Women's Studio.
- The candidate needs to be highly organized, results-driven and an expert at managing interdisciplinary creative workstreams and tracking concurrent multi-faceted projects across teams.
- Creative Directors will also be responsible for managing individual projects and workstreams. A typical day/week looks like: Managing the daily operations of the studio; staff meetings, creative reviews, project check-ins, project risk management & project resourcing.
