Key Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire qualified IT candidates for contract roles with our clients
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support client objectives and generate leads
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience in a staffing or consulting environment, with proven success in sourcing, qualifying, and relationship-building
• A passion for learning and exceeding goals, with a detail-oriented, multitasking approach
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (3.0 GPA or higher)

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting for SAP, Salesforce, or Workday
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn, JobDiva) and CRM tools like Salesforce.com
