Senior Consultant - Strategy & Operations

Leadenhall Search and Selection are working with a growing boutique consulting firm, 120 people globally.

They are looking for a Consultants to join their fast-growing Miami office.

The Role

• You will be working with Fortune 500 companies on projects from Supply chain and Procurement to Organisational Design, R&D, Strategy and Due Diligence.
• Getting insight into their Private Equity and Social Impacts arms of the business

The person

• 3 years minimum consulting experience up to 6 years (We are also hiring for Consultant level so anyone with 1.5 years of consulting experience + )
• A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Science, Finance is preferred. If you do not have one of these degrees, you must be confident that you have a top mathematical brain. The first stage of the recruitment process is a numerical test.
• Operations Strategy Consulting work including operating models, cost reduction, process improvement, digital transformation, supply chain management, strategic sourcing etc.
