Join our team as a Senior Test Analyst and play a key role in implementing a new pension administration system. We're seeking an experienced professional with expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing methodologies for financial or pension systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop test cases and communicate strategies.
• Manage test planning, scheduling, and end-to-end testing efforts.
• Monitor defect status and participate in defect management.
• Compile metrics and enhance testing processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years as a Test Analyst in large organizations, ideally with experience in UAT and managing complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jama) and agile testing practices.
• Strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Desirable Experience:

• Previous work in state or federal projects and pension software development.
