We're seeking an experienced professional with expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing methodologies for financial or pension systems.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop test cases and communicate strategies.Manage test planning, scheduling, and end-to-end testing efforts.Monitor defect status and participate in defect management.Compile metrics and enhance testing processes.Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Qualifications:7+ years as a Test Analyst in large organizations, ideally with experience in UAT and managing complex projects.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proficient in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jama) and agile testing practices.Strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.Desirable Experience:Previous work in state or federal projects and pension software development.If you're passionate about driving quality and improvement in testing, we'd love to hear from you!
