Job Summary
Provide technical support to clients experiencing computer and network hardware and software issues. Escalate unresolved queries, track, route, and redirect problems to appropriate resources. Utilizes excellent customer service skills and follows up to provide feedback after seeing problems through to completion. Record proper Asset and Inventory management tracking and documentation, respond to queries, isolate problems, troubleshoot issues, and process improvement.
Responsibilities Essential Functions
- Manage Active Directory
- Install/replace hardware/software
- Utilize CCC/CCCOne
- Image new computers
- Support Microsoft Office Suite
- Administer Microsoft Exchange
- Use Monday.com for project tracking
- Ensure network security
- Triage and prioritize issues
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Maintain asset/inventory records
- Document procedures and solutions
- Collaborate on process improvements
- Provide end-user training/support
- Stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications

- 2+ Years of experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
