Summary:

Looking for a Civil/Structural Construction professional to join a growing firm. This will give you the opportunity to be involved with innovating projects that are large scale and technically challenging. They are a stable/industry leader looking to grow their team!

Job Duties:

• Engineering Calculations and Design: Prepare detailed calculations and drawings for post-tensioning and reinforcing applications, including infrastructure repair and strengthening. Experience with carbon fiber reinforced polymer systems is a plus.
• Drawing Oversight: Oversee and direct detailers in the preparation of accurate shop drawings for assigned projects.
• Product Development: Contribute to product development, testing, and certification projects.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to project managers and field operations teams.
• External Communication: Collaborate with contractors and design engineering firms as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering concentration is required.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of project design experience
• Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, such as ACI, PTI, PCI, AASHTO, and AISC.
• Experience with post-tensioning and proficiency in structural analysis and CAD software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD or similar software.
• PE license required or willingness to acquire one
