Customer Service Representative

CRG has launched a search for a Customer Service Representative in the Triad area for a client of ours in the furniture industry. This role will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, resolving any customer service issues and other duties as assigned. Come work for a company who offers lots of growth opportunities!

Opportunity: Contract to Hire

Schedule

Monday – Friday 7:45am-4:45pm

Location: High Point, NC

Compensation: $18/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and answer customer inquiries.
  • Provide product information and knowledge to customers.
  • Process customer orders while monitoring payments, shipments, and generating bills of lading.
  • Prepare and arrange fabric swatches to be sent out.
  • Create purchase orders.
  • Prepare vendor invoices for payment.
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives for product updates, order changes, and reporting.
  • Assist with social media postings on the company’s social media platforms.
  • Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the Furniture industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
