Labor and Employment Associate - Houston

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of labor and employment defense experience to join its Houston office.

The salary range for this position is between $200,000 - $240,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of labor and employment defense experience
• Experience in Employment Litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and employment counseling
• Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience
• Labor experience and California license is a plus.
• Must possess a JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Must be admitted to the Texas State Bar
