Focus:
- Design and develop analog circuits for advanced memory products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems
- Perform circuit simulations and analysis to optimize performance and power efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex design issues
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in memory design
- Contribute to patent applications and technical documentation
Skill Set:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field; PhD preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience in analog circuit design for semiconductor products
- Expertise in analog design, including IOs, power system blocks, and custom digital design
- Proficiency in ASIC-like digital design, including:
- Logic synthesis for complex block design
- DFT implementation
- Physical design using place & route software
- Verification through simulation
- Strong understanding of memory architectures and technologies
- Proficiency in analog circuit design tools and methodologies
- Experience with high-speed, low-power circuit design techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with memory interface design and signal integrity analysis
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Track record of successful tape-outs and volume production
