Mixed Signal Design Engineer (Base in San Jose)

• Responsibilities

  Innovate low-power ASIC designs, optimize performance, and conduct extensive testing for reliability in mining environments.

  
  

• Requirements

  Advanced knowledge in mixed-signal circuit design (preferably PhD-level expertise), experience with industry-standard tools (ICADV, Spectre, HSPICE), and familiarity with cryptographic algorithms (e.g., SHA256).

  
  

Automated Place and Route: Physical Design Engineer (Base in San Jose)

• Responsibilities

  Lead full-chip physical design using Innovus, perform layout extraction with Calibre, and manage tape-out processes for 8nm or smaller nodes.

  
  

• Requirements

  Proven expertise in physical design and Innovus, advanced coding skills, and experience with layout extraction tools like Calibre. Strong analytical skills in power, area, and timing optimization.

  
  

Electrical Engineer (Construction) (Base in Massillion, Ohio)

• Responsibilities

  Create detailed CAD drawings for data center power supply, specify electrical equipment, ensure compliance, and manage on-site safety.

  
  

• Requirements

  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 10 years of experience (3–8 in medium/high-voltage systems), and knowledge of power distribution equipment, grounding, and lightning protection. Strong project management and communication skills.
