Director of Information Technology

Job Responsibilities:

• Information Technology Planning
• Develop the company’s IT development strategy and annual implementation plan.
• Evaluate new technology trends and propose suitable IT solutions for the company.
• IT System Operations and Maintenance
• Manage and maintain the SAP, CRM, and WMS systems.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of various office IT systems such as email and OA.
• Assess existing system performance and propose improvements to enhance work efficiency.
• Support Business Development
• Collaborate closely with business departments to understand business needs and drive the implementation of IT solutions.
• Enhance business efficiency and promote growth through IT initiatives.
• Participate in company strategic planning and provide IT perspective recommendations.
• Data Management and Analysis
• Establish data management mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Use data analysis tools to provide decision-making support to management.
• Team Building and Training
• Build and manage the IT team, enhancing the professional skills of team members.
• Organize internal IT training to raise awareness of information technology among all employees.

Job Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in IT management or related fields; experience in the engineering machinery industry is preferred.
• Experience in SAP or CRM system operations and maintenance is preferred; experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite and Azure Directory maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with information system architecture, database management, network security, and related technologies.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills, with good communication and coordination abilities.
• Possess keen market insight and the ability to grasp trends in information technology.
