Transactional Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a boutique firm in Fort Lauderdale, and they are seeing a transactional paralegal to assist with corporate/real estate matters.

This position would assist the managing partner.

The role is fully onsite in Fort Lauderdale and there is no billable requirement

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of real estate and corporate laws, regulations, and legal principles
• Experience in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and transactional documents
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in estate and trust and/or probate related legal work is a PLUS
• Familiarity with Florida-specific real estate laws and regulations

Salary: $95,000 - $100,000
