Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager in Orlando, FL. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resources and staff, meet project timelines and budgets, and maintain quality control standards to deliver exceptional restoration services to our clients. The Operations Manager is to display the highest levels of customer service when serving clients and carrying out the vision set forth by the corporation. This candidate will be hard-working, reliable and a team player.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Operations Management, and Leadership skills
- Knowledge of property restoration processes and industry standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Experience in team management and coordination
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols
- Certification in project management or related field is a plus
- Identify and Secure New Accounts
- Acquire New Commercial and Insurance Related Accounts
- Work together with the Corporate Office on Inquires and Collections
- Exhibit Professionalism Always
- Use DASH & Encircle to Document All Projects
- Monitor Job Sites for Safety Issues, Quality, and Training Opportunities
- Monitor Field Employee Timesheets for the Hourly Mitigation Team
- Monitor Mitigation and Repair Project for Customer Satisfaction and Hand-offs
- Conduct Annual, Mid-Year, And 90-Day Performance Reviews with All Direct Report Team Members
- Train And Coach Team Members That Operate Mitigation or Reconstruction Projects
- Must be available 24/7
- Travel: 30-50%

Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting in vehicles and at a desk
Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at a time
Prolonged periods of exposure to noise created by power tools, equipment, and heavy machinery
Exposure to standard work site environments
Travel required
Minimum travel outside the immediate operating area may be required
Required education and experience
? At least five years related experience at an Estimator or Project Manager level role within the Disaster Restoration Industry
Preferred education and experience
? BA in business management
? Three or more years’ experience as an Operations Manager or Department Manager equivalent level role
? Working knowledge of Xactimate
? IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration
? Project Management related certifications and/or training
