Join Reliable Restorations® as a Renovation and Restoration Crew Member, where you will be a vital part of our team, working on commercial property restoration, multi-unit renovations, and emergency services. Our projects focus on high-quality restoration for multi-family, senior living, and commercial properties. You will perform a range of construction and restoration tasks to help restore properties efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, including daily site cleanup and janitorial tasks as required.

• Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure that all tools and machinery are operating properly and safely.

• Communicate with project supervisors, updating them on key details and progress.

• Follow detailed work orders and construction plans to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Complete tasks within established timelines while maintaining Reliable Restorations' high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

• Assist with emergency restoration services, including after-hours work, to address urgent property damage.

• Install and replace bathroom and kitchen fixtures, faucets, piping, and other associated equipment in multi-unit residential and commercial properties.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work plans, and specifications to understand job requirements.

• Safely clean and prepare construction sites, removing hazards and ensuring safe working conditions.

• Load, unload, and distribute building materials, machinery, and tools per project plans and schedules.

• Assist skilled laborers, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with renovation and repair work.

• Perform basic construction work, such as tile installation, backsplash installation, door hardware installation, and minor electrical work.

• Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding to support renovation and restoration projects.

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and other crew members, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.

• Meet project deadlines and promptly communicate any delays or issues to the project manager.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and help ensure an exceptional customer experience, reflecting Reliable Restorations' commitment to quality and reliability.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the successful completion of each project.

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in property restoration, construction, or a related field, with a focus on multi-family, senior living, or commercial properties.

• Ability to operate various construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Experience in working with skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, particularly in restoration and renovation contexts.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in property restoration and construction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Leadership skills to help motivate and direct fellow crew members.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, with the ability to operate a company vehicle preferred.
