The ideal Construction Superintendent will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your expertise in managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety standards is crucial for the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and oversee project schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and conflicts on-site efficiently.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
