Construction Superintendent - (Commercial 10 Story structure)

Job Description: As a Commercial Superintendent, you will oversee the construction of mid-rise buildings, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for mid-rise building projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
