Human Resource Generalist 3 opportunities (Blue Lagoon, Doral, Brickell) up to 9

There are 3 different HR/Payroll opportunities in 3 different areas of Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll, new hire onboarding, employee benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle payroll including reconciliations
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Assist with employee relations and document management for investigations
• Build employee culture through celebrations of employee anniversaries, birthdays, and employee recognition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area preferred
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources/payroll/ or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
