- Miami, FL (62nd and Biscayne) - Hybrid (1-2 day in-office, 3-4 days remote)

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to manage the daily HR operations of a dynamic, creative marketing agency. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow and develop their HR expertise under the guidance of an experienced HR leader. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR, business, or office management, along with a proactive attitude and eagerness to expand their knowledge in HR.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Tax Management
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
Employee Files & Records
- Maintain and manage employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Feedback
- Assist in gathering and addressing employee feedback to support a positive work environment.
Software & Systems Management
- Oversee various HR software, including open enrollment platforms and benefits management systems.
New Hire Onboarding
- Enroll new hires in benefits and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Benefits & Compensation Administration
- Manage employee benefits, compensation packages, and the open enrollment process.
Process Optimization
- Develop and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks to support the agency’s operations.
Who You Are
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Office Management, or equivalent experience.
•1-2 years of experience in HR or related fields preferred but not required.
Eager to Learn
- A willingness to develop as an HR professional, with support from an experienced HR leader.
Detail-Oriented
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bilingual Preferred
- Spanish is preferred but not required.
Tech-Savvy
- Comfortable with HR software and tools, with a quick adaptability to new systems.

Compensation
