The Company:

We’re partnering with a fintech company operating in the film industry that created a platform to help pre-production, on-set, and post-production companies manage their finances. The company is generating revenue with multiple clients using the platform.

The Role:

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will help shape their tech stack, improve on their existing platform, build scalable applications, and drive future product vision from the ground up.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a full stack engineer or similar role, preferably in a startup environment
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, Typescript, React) and back-end frameworks (Node.js)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS and GCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for building innovative solutions
• Experience in assessing and improving existing infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security
• Proven track record of building out platforms from the ground up
• Ability to mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development
• Experience in hiring to scale the engineering team as the company grows
• Self-sufficient and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over projects
• Involvement in the development of future products on the roadmap, contributing to ideation and execution

The Benefits:

As a Founding Fullstack Software Engineer, you will receive $150,000- $180,000 + Equity. This role also includes health, dental, and vision care.
