Job Description:
- 5 years in DevOps and/or infrastructure builds familiar with cloud infrastructure as well as VM based infrastructure.
- Kubernetes Openshift familiar with cloud orchestration.
- Jenkins Docker ansible shell or python.
- Websphere Application Server Springboot MQ.
- Servicenow Bitbucket Teamcity JIRA SONAR Confluence uDeploy Autosys.
- CI CD Automation techniques.
- ORAAS MAAS KAAS Oracle infra set up
- Automation of VM servers set up
- Good knowledge of Tomcat Apache web stack configuration set up.
- Familiar with configuring monitoring tools like Promethus Grafana NewRelic etc.
- ELK Logstash Graylog Splunk logs monitoring is nice to have but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of 3DNS Load Balancers is nice to have but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for change creation and release deployments
- Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure on both VM and ECS
- Good team player as a liaison with hardware and cloud procurement for all our infrastructure needs
- Improve site reliability and application monitoring
- Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
- Works on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Facilitate development team with innovative ways of resolving cybersecurity threats during development cycle
- Works with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
- Automates daily routine infra-activities.
- Updates knowledge base and skillsets with emerging technologies and provides advice and direction for best use in our tech stack i.e. Kinetica Ignite Kafka
Certification Required:
Python Certified Associate IN programming
