• $250,000-$300,000/year (DOE); plus
• Annual productivity bonuses ($20-$75K); plus
• Quarterly achievement-based bonuses (based on an 1800 hours’ threshold).
• Experience

  JDs 2015-2019, ideally with a lot of core ECVC experience from a larger firm in the space

It is prestigious with complex, high-level work, but with an actual emphasis on work-life balance (EG, if you want the quarterly bonuses, then you can bill 1800. However, you can choose to bill 1600 and still receive $250,000-$300,000/year + $20,000-$75,000/quarterly).
