We are looking for Loan Servicing Team Lead

Job Summary:

The Loan Servicing Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the loan servicing department, ensuring accurate and timely management of loan accounts. This role involves supervising a team of loan servicers, providing training and support, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of loan servicers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Loan Management: Oversee the servicing of loan accounts, ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Address escalated customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of service and resolution.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal policies regarding loan servicing, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in loan servicing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, loan portfolio status, and compliance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in loan servicing or related financial services role.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of loan products and servicing regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in loan servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
