Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and support to the CFA division. You will be responsible for managing financial forecasting, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create annual budgets and develop short-term and long-term forecasts.
• Identify opportunities and risks related to project spending and departmental cost management.
• Partner with the GM to align the team and make informed decisions.
• Create budget plans for projects and develop business line budgets.
• Provide financial analysis and support to the team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project cost management in the manufacturing industry or similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of P&L management and all the elements that build up a P&L.
• Experience with financial forecasting and MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand complex situations.
• Experience summarizing financial information and communicating effectively.
• Familiarity with working in a global company and across different organizational levels.
• Ability to create training and lessons to improve financial understanding.
