Job Summary
We seek an experienced Tridium Programmer specializing in building automation systems (BAS) to join our Los Angeles-based team. This role is perfect for a technical professional with deep expertise in Tridium, Niagara, and Distech platforms, capable of developing and optimizing control strategies for commercial environments. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain advanced BAS control solutions to enhance system performance, efficiency, and integration across various commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Program and optimize BAS control strategies using Tridium, Niagara, and Distech platforms, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
- Integrate diverse building systems and devices for seamless communication and enhanced functionality across all automated components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues, providing reliable and timely solutions to maintain BAS efficiency and functionality.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet specifications and deliver exceptional system integration and performance.
- Document programming activities meticulously, including coding details, configurations, and modifications, ensuring compliance with all industry standards and codes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tridium controls programming, focusing on commercial building automation.
- Proficiency in Tridium, Niagara, and Distech systems, with a strong understanding of BAS control programming and system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex programming issues.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Local and stable work history in the Los Angeles area, with a proven dedication to quality and technical excellence.
