Location: Dallas, Texas

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team in the CPG/Manufacturing Sector in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for analytical transformation; and for improving the analytical insights and technology used by business to achieve company goals. You will help our clients achieve their end vision of analytical transformation across various business areas.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing and supply chain domain.
  • Partner with manufacturing leaders across sites to lead value stream mapping to identify and improve business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage manufacturing processes, shop floor intricacies, and flexible packaging products.
  • Should have supported Smart Manufacturing for CPG/Food and Beverage clients across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to engage with business leaders and manufacturing facility stakeholders such as site engineers, machine operators, IOT engineers, production crews, quality engineering, plant supervisors, etc., on topics such as workflow, workforce utilization, improving process efficiencies, eliminating waste etc.,
  • Identify productivity improvements and efficiencies by leveraging methodologies such as KAIEN, KANBAN, SMED, POKE-A-YOKE, PULL SYSTEM, etc.,
  • Knowledge of key technologies in Industry 4.0 and Smart manufacturing.
  • Effectively leverage statistical methods and models to predict manufacturing requirements, throughput, and efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of client organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, packaging science, etc.,

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $132,000 - $199,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
