Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to oversee the final stages of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP migration. The candidate will assess our current gaps, align our business needs with D365’s capabilities, and lead a phased rollout across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment

  Identify and prioritize immediate, short-term, and medium-term ERP needs.

  
  

• Gap Analysis

  Match current business processes with available D365 functionality and lead a gap analysis.

  
  

• Plan Development

  Create and execute plans to bridge functional gaps, including temporary workarounds for immediate needs.

  
  

• Collaboration

  Work with internal teams to design and implement workflows aligned with business objectives.

  
  

• Project Leadership

  Oversee the ERP implementation in three phases:

  
  

• Immediate Needs (0-2 months): Implement basic functionality and temporary workflows.
• Short-Term Needs (2-6 months): Focus on addressing critical short-term operational challenges.
• Medium-Term Needs (6-12 months): Complete integration and optimization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation within IT, with a preference for 10+ years.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP rollouts in manufacturing/industrial settings (automotive industry preferred).
• Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects, delivering results in high-pressure environments.
• Availability

  Must be able to start immediately or with a 2 weeks notice of offer
