TITLE: ERP Project Manager
REPORTS TO: Director Enterprise Solutions
SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, Oracle E-Business ERP is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle E-Business ERP implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and implementing complex Oracle Fusion HCM projects, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business ERP functionality.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
·Lead and manage the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget
Create and manage the implementation using Agile or Waterfall methodology.
·Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the project team, the customer, and the vendor
·Manage risks and issues throughout the project, and develop mitigation plans as needed
·Ensure that the project meets the customer's requirements and expectations
Manage the project budget and track costs closely
·Approve all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner
·Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
·Document all project activities and deliverables
·Close out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are captured
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Education and Training;
·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
·5+ years of experience in strong project management, with a focus on ERP Oracle Fusion implementations.
·Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira and creating and managing the Project deliverables.
·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
·Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
·5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
·PMP Certification from PMI a plus
·Experience with other ERP systems, such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, etc.
·Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
·Experience with Agile project management methodology
·Experience with change management
