Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing performance.
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to inform decision-making and drive cost savings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align procurement goals with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a small team.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and best practices.
