Facilities Engineering Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Provide Vendor oversight and coordination.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relationship between all sites which includes driving between locations to meet vendors for repair or picking up supplies.
- Will not self-perform repairs but will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate vendors.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evening in emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate has both technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills
- 2+ years’ experience in property management or facilities management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Has a strong sense of urgency
- Technical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
