Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent position that is fully onsite paying $60,000-70,000K.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and maintaining good relationships.
• Evaluate suppliers' performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage demand forecasting to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience required.
• Seeking prior experience as a Procurement Specialist, or Buyer within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a good understanding of supplier evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
