Sr Project Manager

Onsite in Midland, TX - Monday-Thursday - 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm (half day)

$60-75/hr W2 only - C2C only available if own corporation and sole employee

6 month Contract-to-Hire

Local candidates preferred but corporate housing is available for relocation candidates - some relocation assistance is also available if needed

Managing multiple IT Project from conception through to completion

Be an integral part of setting up organization wide PMO from scratch

PMP Certification is highly preferred and would be interviewed first over others that don't currently have

Experience

• Proven experience managing enterprise IT projects from inception to delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with IT infrastructure, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives
• Must be available to work on-site in Midland, TX
• This person is standing up a PMO and must have experience in doing so.

Typical Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities):

• Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with various stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively

• Drive project success through effective communication and leadership
