Job Scope:

As a Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, you will oversee a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of electrical and instrumentation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:Review and approve electrical deliverables.
• Validate and track project estimates.
• Develop design criteria and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Initiate change orders as needed.
• Plan and organize team work, communicating effectively with team members, project leadership, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and performance against budget and schedule.
• Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Develop conceptual designs, cost estimates, and detailed engineering calculations.
• Review and check calculations, specifications, and drawings.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
